We’ve compiled a list of the frequently asked questions our customers ask about Ineedacup. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please get in touch and we’ll be respond to all your inquiries as soon as we can.
Returns:
If you change your mind about a product you have purchased from us, you can return that product to us within 7 days of purchase and we will happily give a store credit to the original purchase price of that product provided that it is in unused original condition and the product is re-saleable. Items can be returned by post. Please contact us by email before you return the items.
If you are sending back via post, please pack carefully to ensure safe delivery. Postal charges on returns are non-refundable and any exchanges will incur additional postage. Please ensure to enclose your name and order number so we can get in touch with you as soon as we receive your parcel.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect carefully your order upon reception and contact us immediately with contact@ineedacup.com if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If products are misused we will not accept responsibility for any damage caused. So please read care instructions on items, we will not accept responsibly for any damage done.
