The distinctive design of the Traiteur series draws inspiration from traditional French saucier forms. Its gently faceted, oval silhouette creates a frame-like effect around the food, giving even simple dishes a beautifully composed presentation.
Finished in a rich dark green glaze, the plate brings depth and character to the table while allowing the colours of the food to stand out. The Medium size is ideal for desserts, appetisers and small dishes, while the Large works beautifully for terrines, sautéed vegetables, salads and shared dishes.
