Handmade in Japan by ceramic artist Haruko Harada (原田晴子).
A delightful miniature ceramic pitcher featuring Harada’s playful hand-painted fruit motifs and a tiny sculpted bird perched above the handle.
Soft pink and yellow fruits decorate the gently rounded body, while another colourful fruit motif is hidden underneath the base. The small pouring spout and charming three-dimensional bird detail give this little pitcher a wonderfully playful personality.
With a capacity of approximately 50ml, it is perfect for serving milk, cream, syrup or a small amount of dressing or sauce. It also makes a beautiful little decorative piece on the table.
Each piece is individually handmade and decorated, with natural variations in shape, glaze and painted details adding to its unique character.
